- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: General surgery, medical overflow; patient age groups include adults and geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS required at submission; ACLS required for all RNs (except Behavioral Health, Case Manager, Outpatient) by compliance hard document deadline; for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only, ACLS required; fit testing required with no facial hair exceptions 4. License: MO license — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL license must be in hand at time of submittal; compact license must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights, Monday-Friday (rotating day off, most needs Monday-Thursday); no on-call required; no weekend requirement; ratios 1:5-6 nights; float within service line only if needed; block schedule not accommodated; confirm shift in submittal 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days RTO per contract; 7 or more days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of assignment 9.
