Cases: Cardiac monitoring, pre/post cardiac catheterization, pacemaker patients, chest pain, shortness of breath, COPD, DM, HTN, renal failure, post CVA, post ICU transfer, observation patients ruling out MI; required skills include Cardiac Telemetry, CVA, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Telemetry; screen if missing any required skills 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; ACLS must be obtained by compliance hard document deadline; certifications not required at time of submittal unless otherwise noted; must be completed prior to start 4. License: Pending license not accepted; MO — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL — license in hand required at time of submittal; Compact — must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Nights; on-call required; every other weekend required; ratios 1:5 days / 1:6 nights; 36 hours/week for 3x12s, 48 hours/week for 4x12s; confirm shift in submittal (e.g., 3x12, 4x12); all travelers will float within service line; block scheduling not open; contract length is firm 8.
