- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 3 years preferred 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery with Antepartum, Intrapartum, Postpartum, Newborn; high risk Level 3 Perinatal center; 90% complex high risk patients; 150-200 births per month; must be willing to care or learn to care for IOL/TOP patients 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, FHM required; AWHONN Intermediate, EFM Certification, NCC preferred; must be able to circulate c-sections (cannot be trained) 4. License: Not specifically mentioned beyond RN 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; OBIX System preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 3x12 (can work 4x12s); 1:1 patient ratios (1:1-2 on weekends); no call required; 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule 8. RTO: 1 week max; minimal RTO, cannot accommodate during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate; candidates float within hospital to Mother-Baby, Antepartum 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12.
