- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; will accept 1 year with strong experience/skillset; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery; community hospital with 4 Bed LDR, 1 OR, 2 Triage/Ante; Mother Baby unit with 12 beds including GYN/Women's Surgical; Level 1 Well Baby Nursery; approximately 50-60 deliveries per month; patients typically 35 weeks and above 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NCC C-EFM (required in-hand at time of submission), STABLE, CPI, NIHSS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate; all must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: MD RN or compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights; 36 or 48 hours accepted; every other weekend required; holidays required as they fall; floating required within L&D and to Mother/Baby as needed; on-call not required 8. RTO: All RTO must be requested upfront; no changes to RTO post-offer 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12.
