- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum per hard stops; 3 years per job requirements 2. Cases: Trauma, neuro, vascular, ortho, general, GU, GYN, plastics, ENT required; full list includes abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, craniotomy, carotid endarterectomy, spinal fusion, total joint replacement, Whipple, VATS, robotic surgery, and many others as listed in skills 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard policy) 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Variable start times of 7:00 and 9:00; on-call required and distributed equally amongst all nursing staff every 6 weeks, up to 6-8 shifts per 6-week period including nights, evenings, and weekends (8 hrs); may need to cover one night shift within contract as needed; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission; only one pre-approved time off per contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; float required between Queen, Petaluma Valley, and Hillsberg 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation is 40 hours 13. Travel Experience: Required 14.
