Cases: ICU; skills include CVA/Acute Stroke management, Post Neurosurgery management, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, ICP monitoring, EVD, Procedural Sedation, Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive drips, Ventilator Management, and additional critical care competencies 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: NM License required; pending NM License accepted at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Nights; option of 36 or 48 hours; 48 hours at straight time allowed; 6 weekend shifts per schedule period; float required — may be floated to MS, Stepdown, PCU, ER, CVICU, capped at 4 patients maximum while floating; orientation is 24 hours 8.
