- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: High Risk L&D, OB Triage, Antepartum, C-Section, Cervical Cerclage, Hysterectomy, D&C 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP required; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: AK RN License required; must be able to complete AK RN license application within 48 hours of signing (including submitting fingerprints, app fee, and application); pending license accepted but must have license in hand for Auto Offer 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; most likely straight nights, but schedule may flip every 4 weeks if covering both days and nights; no on-call required; every other weekend required; guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks with possibility of 1 shift called off per 2-week period 8.
