Cases Required: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip), Interventional Radiology (Lines, Drains, Embolizations, Lower/Upper Extremities, Fistulas, Visceral Angio/Intervention, Stroke Thrombectomy), Neurointervention, CRM Device Implants; Required experience includes EP, IR, Vascular, Monitoring, and Neuro; Preferred: CTO, Peripherals, Venous Access, Rhythm Interpretation 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) or RCIS required; all must be in hand at submission 4. License: State-specific license not explicitly noted; pending license not applicable 5.
