- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; locals and first-timers accepted 2. Cases: IV Access (PIV, midline, PICC); Interventional Radiology pre, during, and post procedural care; moderate sedation 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; all certifications must be in hand at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: Active NJ RN or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; 4 hours of non-billable Epic training modules 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; floating within skillset required, no exceptions; ratios vary based on census and acuity 8. RTO: Less than 7 days RTO and no holiday time off will be prioritized; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays; RTO requested after offer will NOT be accommodated; screenshot confirming RTO schedule required at submission 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff (full-time or PRN) must be gone from the RWJBH health system a minimum of 1 year before eligible to return for travel assignments 10.
