Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; home health case management experience required; specialty experience within the last year required 2. Cases: Adult home health and case management required 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS noted (must be through AHA); VA license required in hand at submittal or proof of compact license 4. License: VA license required in hand at submittal or proof of compact license 5. Education: NIH and stroke education required for RNs at all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health 6. EMR: Oasis experience required and must be proficient; EPIC experience required for all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health 7. Shifts/Call: Floating may be requested based on facility needs 8. RTO: Keep to a minimum; no requests for a full calendar week off preferred; no more than 7 days total; all RTO must be included in initial submission; no additional RTO requests approved after offer is given 9. Returning Staff: Prior permanent employees must be gone at least 6 months before being hired on to travel 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same base rate; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate 11.
