- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred 2. Cases: Medical-Surgical ICU; skills include arterial line management, ventilator management, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, blood product administration, central line care, BiPAP/CPAP management, IV insulin protocols, continuous IV sedation, CVA/acute stroke management, care of ventilated patient, management of multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, and others as listed 3.
