Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: COPD, sepsis, DKA, post general surgical patients, post code blue/rapid response, ventilators 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; PALS required; moderate sedation course required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits allowed 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratios 3:1 for days, nights, and weekends; weekend coverage required; no block scheduling requests 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO allowed 9. Returning Staff: Minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS employment required; 1 submittal allowed per traveler to all Integris campuses 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile travel requirement; locals not eligible; must float to other areas including other Integris facilities up to 75 miles 11. Background: Driver's license and utility bill required with submission; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 12.
