Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Willing to consider travelers with 1 year of experience; travel experience strongly preferred; adult outpatient experience required 2. Cases: External beam radiation required; treat all diagnosis with top sites being prostate, breast, lung, and palliative areas 3. Certifications: ARRT(T) and BLS required 4. License: Valid State or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience strongly preferred; must be familiar with Aria and Varian 7. Shifts/Call: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday; no call or weekends 8. RTO: Must be included on cover page at time of submission; for OR RTO must be kept to 5 days or less 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year and still in good standing; will not allow locals to return 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate ($10 less/hr); no set mileage restriction but prefers non-local candidates 11. Background: Will accept candidates with background hits (only minor infractions) 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Yes, strongly preferred 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
