- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years ICU/TELE experience with medical/surgical trauma/critical patients required; teaching hospital experience required 2. Cases: Level One Trauma experience required; medical/surgical trauma/critical patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; all certifications must be in hand at submission 4. License: KY or Compact license required at time of submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Minimum of 6 weekend shifts per schedule period required; patient ratios 2:1 days/nights/weekends; float to ICU and stepdown required 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; first 2 weeks only single days off; no holiday RTO accepted; longer time off after first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must note if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted within 100 miles for all specialties except Cath Lab RN, IR RN, and Radiology (75 miles) 11. Background: Will not accept any licensure hits; submission will be rejected if traveler has license hit 12.
