Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years PACU experience required; first-time travelers must have 3+ years PACU experience 2. Cases: Well-rounded RN with experience in all types of surgery including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, gynecologic surgery, urologic surgery, cardiovascular surgery/procedures, GI surgery/procedures, ENT surgery, thoracic/abdominal surgery, vascular surgery, plastic surgery, and misc procedures with general anesthesia 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand; must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech charting system; Epic experience required per qualifications section 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday schedule, must be open to working any days M-F, no on-call required, no block schedules 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission; 7 days offered by Aya and client; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
