- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years ICU/TELE experience with medical/surgical trauma/critical patients required; teaching hospital experience required 2. Cases: Level One Trauma experience required; medical/surgical trauma/critical patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; all certifications must be in hand at submission 4. License: KY or Compact license required at time of submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Minimum of 6 weekend shifts per schedule period; patient ratios 2:1 days/nights/weekends; float to ICU and stepdown required 8.
