Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Pediatric PACU, Phase I, Phase II recovery, Pre-post, ICU; Ortho, GYN, Vascular, ENT, Endoscopy, Cysto, Colorectal, Pediatric Dental, Breast, Neuro/Spine 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required; must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with at least 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms for clearance 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts; Day/Evening rotation; on call one day per week; call possibly 5-6 times per six-week period; float to cover ICU required; 2 weekends per 6 weeks 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals within 60 miles accepted at a lower rate; contact Account Manager for local rates 11.
