Cases: Cardiac (30% of population — CHF, MI, TAVR, MVR, pacemaker, ACS, arrhythmia); Respiratory (COVID, flu, COPD, asthma, trach patients >24h since placement, chronic home ventilators, high flow NC, BiPAP); Neuro overflow; Renal overflow; Complex med-surg (ETOH withdrawal, GIB, etc.) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required 4. License: AK RN License required; pending license accepted but must be in hand for Auto Offer; must be able to complete AK RN license application (including fingerprints, application fee, and submittal) within 48 hours of signing 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Night Shift; no on-call required; weekend coverage may be more frequent than every other weekend based on staffing needs; no block schedule; guaranteed 60 hours per 2-week period; clinician may be called off for 1 twelve-hour shift per 2-week period; float required to lower acuity units, renal care, neuro, and MS 8.
