- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Cardiac/pulmonary, vents, vascular, dialysis, cardiac cath; open hearts preferred; NO ECMO 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CCRN noted with asterisk; all must be in hand at submission 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Nights; 3x12s (36 hrs guaranteed) or 4x12s (48 hrs guaranteed); weekend requirement yes, 3 per 6-week schedule; on-call not required; float required between ICU and IMCU, and between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East (Shiloh) as needed 8. RTO: No more than 7 days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted if within 75-mile radius at local rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Navy 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required; medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: IABP, CRRT/CVVHD, hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, BiPAP/CPAP, Swans (preferred), Impella; assist with line insertion and intubation required; screen if missing any required skills Critical: Start date 3-4 weeks out due to compliance tier; biweekly start dates.
