Cases: Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, and Thoracic experience required (HARD STOP); Heart Transplant highly preferred; skills include CABG, CVOR, TAVR, LVAD/RVAD, Carotid Endarterectomy, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, Thoracotomy, VATS, IABP, and related vascular/endovascular procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RNFA required; CSFA, NBSTSA, or NCCSА required (HARD STOP) 4. License: Not explicitly specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7.
