- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required in Home Health specialty; experience must be within the last 12 months 2. Cases: Wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, Heart Failure, Diabetics, oncology, post-surgical, and Ortho; patients primarily discharged from hospitals and nursing facilities; productivity expectation is 6 visits per day (admissions count as 2) 3. Certifications: BLS required at time of submission; cannot expire within 30 days of assignment start date; must be in hand — pending certifications not accepted; attach all licenses/certificates to submittal email 4. License: Active NJ or Compact RN License required; Nursys must be within 2 weeks of submittal date; pending license NOT accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; OASIS experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every 5th weekend; every other holiday; float required within 5 hospitals (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL) based on need, census, and staffing 8.
