- Unit Notes:**TRAVELERS COULD FLOAT TO SISTER FACILITY IN MESA** DL needed at time of submittal Prescreen+ manager review Clinician must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract. If clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, then they will be DNU for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months. Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. A pass/fail Sim Lab is also required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions). Unit MS/Tele # suites/average cases per day 16 beds Certs: BLS.
