Cases: High geriatric population (47% over 65); high admission rate (35% admitted); Primary Stroke Center for TNK; Level 1 STEMI heart hospital; Level 3 trauma care (no trauma certification); ESI levels 1 & 2 at 23%; moderate sedation, chest tubes, intubations, central lines, defib/pacing 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NIHSS, STEMI required; TNCC, CPI, ENPC, SANE preferred; Conscious Sedation required; all certifications not required at time of submittal unless noted in job description; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location by compliance hard document deadline 4. License: MO — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL — license in hand required at time of submittal; Compact — must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Shift times 1845-0715; may work 1445-0315 as needed; 3x12 or 4x12 (confirm shift in submittal); ratios 1:4 days, nights, and weekends; weekend coverage every other; floating within service line required; orientation 72 hours 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days RTO; 7+ days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed first week of assignment; pre-approved time off listed as none 9.
