- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (1 year minimum unless otherwise specified in job title/description) 2. Cases: Diverse metro patient population including stroke, STEMI, inpatient behavioral health/boarding patients, walk-in trauma; not a designated trauma center 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; TNCC listed; copies required; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Oregon RN license required; may submit with pending license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; weekends required (at least every other); patient ratio 1:4 days, nights, and weekends; float required per department needs within hospital and to affiliate facilities; must have a vehicle for this assignment 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; anything beyond 6 days may delay offer pending client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); all RTO must be requested upfront at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose any previous Providence facility employment (location and dates) at submission 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate; only 1 submission allowed across all Providence IRC facilities/regions; Seaside float incentive of +$5/hr plus IRS mileage reimbursement; hotel offered for consecutive floating shifts to Seaside 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
