- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (1 year minimum unless otherwise specified in job title/description) 2. Cases: Diverse metro patient population including stroke (Stroke and STEMI certified), behavioral health/psychiatric boarding, walk-in trauma, and a broad range of emergency diagnoses across all age groups 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; TNCC listed; must be on hand and copies required; EPIC HARSTOP required 4. License: Oregon (OR) RN license required; can submit with license pending unless specified otherwise 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; every other weekend required; 1:4 patient ratio (days, nights, and weekends); float required to meet department needs within hospital and to affiliate/sister facilities; must have a vehicle for this assignment 8. RTO: Up to 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; anything beyond 6 days may delay offer and requires client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); all RTO must be requested upfront at time of submittal; post-submittal RTO may not be granted 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent employment and travel; must disclose any prior Providence facility work (location and dates) at time of submission 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate; Seaside float includes +$5/hr incentive plus IRS mileage reimbursement; consecutive Seaside shifts may include hotel 11.
