- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; Level I Trauma experience required; Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias required 2. Cases: Level I Trauma, Stroke Center, Heart Center, Pediatric Emergency Department; continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation; triage experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS (AHA preferred), PALS, TNCC, NIH required; ENPC preferred; certifications may NOT pend beyond contract start date 4. License: MI RN License must be active by start date; compact license NOT accepted in MI; pending license ETA must be included in submission email 5. Education: All allied candidates must provide proof of HS level education; strict requirement 6. EMR: Epic experience required; training completed during orientation 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call; weekends required — 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per 4-week schedule (may work 1, 2, or all 3 days); float to Peds ED if necessary; patient ratios days 1:4-6, nights 1:4-7, can reach 1:8 during high volume/holidays 8. RTO: All RTO must be submitted at time of submittal; no additional RTO approved later; NO RTO allowed in July; client has 5-day maximum RTO policy per contract; two pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Core staff who leave must wait 12 months before returning; must be run through HR prior to submission 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same pay rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; 5 hours should be margined outside of 12-hour NBO; completed pre-start; vary by specialty; self-reported; module education must be completed before traveler can work on the floor 13.
