- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of EP experience required 2. Cases: EP procedures including ablations, implants (ICD, Pacemaker, CRT), leadless pacemakers, LAAO; circulating, monitoring, and scrubbing required 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; ACLS must be obtained by compliance hard document deadline; not required at time of submittal unless noted; certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross implied by standard policy 4. License: MO license - submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL license - must be in hand at time of submittal; Compact - must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (EPIC documentation required); proficiency in Carto and NaVX mapping systems, Bloom and Micropace stimulators, GE Cardiolab, Cryo and PFA also required; Biosense Webster Mapping system 7. Shifts/Call: Call required 1-2 nights per week and every 2nd to 4th weekend; confirm shift in submittal (e.g., 3x12, 4x12); contract length is firm; all travelers will float within service line 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days RTO; 7+ days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of assignment; pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: 18 months tenure with a 3-month break in service required; permanent employees across BJC and/or Saint Lukes must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler; BJC does not permit contractors to cancel a signed contract to accept another BJC assignment; mid-contract cancellations for the purpose of booking a different BJC assignment are not allowed 10.
