- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of EP experience required 2. Cases: EP procedures including ablations, implants (ICD, Pacemaker, CRT), leadless pacemakers, LAAO; circulating, monitoring, and scrubbing required 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; ACLS must be obtained by compliance hard document deadline; not required at time of submittal unless noted; certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross implied by standard policy 4. License: MO license - submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL license - must be in hand at time of submittal; Compact - must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (EPIC documentation required); proficiency in Carto and NaVX mapping systems, Bloom and Micropace stimulators, GE Cardiolab, Cryo and PFA also required; Biosense Webster Mapping system 7. Shifts/Call: Call required 1-2 nights per week and every 2nd to 4th weekend; confirm shift in submittal (e.g., 3x12, 4x12); contract length is firm; all travelers will float within service line 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days RTO; 7+ days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of assignment; pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: 18 months tenure with a 3-month break in service required; permanent employees across BJC and/or Saint Lukes must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler; BJC does not permit contractors to cancel a signed contract to accept another BJC assignment; mid-contract cancellations for the purpose of booking a different BJC assignment are not allowed 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except for Patient Care Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistants, and Medical Assistants 11. Compliance deadline is 3pm CST on the Monday of the week before the initial start date.
