- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for submission; 1 year listed in job requirements 2. Cases: Acute hemodialysis (intermittent hemodialysis at bedside and in multi-treatment room); Peds experience required; Hospital Acute experience required; Acute Pediatric intermittent hemodialysis 3. Certifications: BLS AHA required; ACLS AHA required; Traditional AHA only — does not accept RQI; Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) and Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) preferred; copies of certifications required at submission 4. License: Oregon RN License required; valid state license preferred at time of submission; no license hits accepted 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit; Relias exams required with a score of 85% or more 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 day shift; call 1-2 nights per week (1900-0730); weekend coverage required; 3 weekend shifts per contract; float within hospital or affiliate hospitals nearby; scheduling is self-scheduled 8. RTO: Must be provided upfront; no more than 2 weeks; maximum of 2 pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months before returning; if RN calls into e-line, pushed to Tuesday start 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rates 11.
