Cases: Home Health; may visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard; patient population includes Adults and Geriatrics 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS required; LCWS listed in VMS skills 4. License: BOTH Oregon (OR) and Washington (WA) licensure required; pending license accepted provided both are obtained 5.
