- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required per position notes; VMS system indicates 2 years 2. Cases: CVICU; CABG, Post Cardiac Surgery, TAVR, Valve Repair/Replacement, CVVHD/CRRT, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Impella, Pulmonary Artery/Swan Ganz monitoring, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Procedural Sedation, Epicardial Pacing Wire Care, and full cardiac/critical care scope 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; must be current 4. License: Active IL license required at time of application, or must be in application process with ETA provided 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required; experience listed as required in VMS system 7. Shifts/Call: 1845-0708, 3x12 (open to 4x12s); every third weekend required; will float within scope as needed; client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay; shifts cancelled beyond that threshold are billable 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; block schedule accommodations available — connect with manager to discuss 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
