- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted; minimum of one year of EP experience required 2. Cases: Interventional scrub experience required; high volume/high acuity Cath Lab experience required; Level 1 Trauma experience required; procedures include diagnostic and interventional PCI, conscious sedation, IABP, Impella, EP Lab, TAVR, Watchman, Rotablator, TEE, PCI, Left/Right heart catheterization, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Valvuloplasty, ASD Closures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Cardiac Implant Closure Device 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must pass Relias EKG exam 4. License: Pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s; rotating shifts 0700-1730, 0700-1730 late, and 1000-2030 close as needed; rotating on-call required including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; every other weekend required; no block schedule accommodation; guaranteed 40 hours 8. RTO: No more than 7 days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
