- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5+ years required in Cardiac Cath/Interventional Cardiology; experience with Structural Heart and TAVR required; Cath/EP and Pre/Post procedural care experience required; Teaching Hospital experience required 2. Cases: Structural Heart, TAVR, Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath, Cath/EP, Pre/Post procedural care 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required; BSN required for all RN positions; copies/completed references must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: CA RN License required and must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Epic; refer to unit details on whether required or preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour days; 7/7 schedule; must have ability to float to other UCSF facilities; may be reassigned to a different department, unit, or facility within 75+ mile radius at any time during assignment 8. RTO: All RTO must be disclosed at time of submittal; requires manager approval at time of offer; no additional RTO requests accepted mid-contract; RTO cannot fall within first two weeks of start 9. Returning Staff: Any employment with any University of California medical facility or acquired facilities must be included in employment history; must provide dates worked, units worked, and manager name(s) upon submittal for rehire eligibility check with HR 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate as travelers; floating within 75+ mile radius possible during assignment; travel pairs allowed but generally not on the same unit; married couples may not work on the same unit 11.
