Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required per VMS; 1 year per client offer; vascular experience required 2. Cases: Stroke intervention, neurointerventions, PE thrombectomy and thrombolysis, DVT interventions, pain management procedures, oncology procedures including Y-90, MAAs, chemoembolizations; Ablations, Angiograms, Nephogram, Kyphoplasty, Peripherals, Stroke Thrombectomy required; Biopsies, Venous Access, Hemodynamic Monitoring preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS, ARRT Advanced Cert (preferred), FL license required; all must be in hand at time of submittal 4. License: FL license or compact license required at time of submittal; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required; experience must be documented 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 07:30-18:00; on-call required 8-10 call days/month; one Saturday worked per month; 30-minute response time to hospital required; on-call sleep rooms available; minimum 2 weekends working per month; call covers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8. RTO: No RTO allowed in contract; any RTO is a deal breaker; must be confirmed with traveler at submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning to any BayCare facility as a traveler; return travelers currently only accepted in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, and MS/Tele specialties and must have completed a contract within the last year since 7/1/2022 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule in effect; traveler must live at least 100 miles from the facility; locals accepted per client offer; certain allied specialties exempt from local rules 11.
