- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years cardiac Cath lab experience required; will accept first-time travelers with proven 3-year cardiac Cath lab background 2. Cases: 7-14 cases daily; Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Pacemaker, Loop monitors, TEE, Cardioversions 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA ONLY), CPI (on-site during orientation); NIH preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: Active MD or Compact RN License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 days (07:00-17:30) with 1 late shift weekly (10:00-20:30); on-call 10-13 shifts/month; must be within 30-minute arrival time; weekends and holidays required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days can be requested; only one major holiday off during winter season; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to contract 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away 6 months from system 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates accepted at reduced rate; locals under 50 miles not accepted unless specifically stated 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, factored in NBO; 20 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: Not required for submission 14. Scrubs: Royal blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16.
