- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time traveler accepted 2. Cases: Emergency Department cases including all age ranges (infant to geriatric); diagnoses vary but inclusive of all systems and complex diagnosis; fast-paced ED setting with multiple complex diagnoses 3. Certifications: RN MD state license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI (completed during onboarding) required; NRP, TNCC preferred; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA ONLY; NRP or AAP accepted; CPI certification required with Calm Every Storm online version as only acceptable online vendor 4. License: Must have active MD or Compact License at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 or 4x12 accepted; rotating night/evening shifts (19:00-07:30 / 15:00-03:30); every other weekend required; holidays required as scheduled; pre-scheduled on-call shifts not required 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week must be added to back end on new contracts; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9.
