- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: CT (GE 16 slice scanner) and X-ray coverage; low volume CT setting; extensive CT background with older GE and Siemens CT scanners required 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT) required; copies required at submission; facility only accepts Hep B vaccines, no titers or declination 4. License: Valid state license required (pending license accepted, takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred/required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days (Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm); 2-3 nights of call per week required; weekend coverage required; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 8. RTO: Only 1 time off request per 13-week assignment; time off approved on individual basis; RTO must be included at submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated for minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year, then required 6-month break before returning 10.
