- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years required in care management, behavioral health, or admissions; 1 year psych experience required for consideration 2. Cases: Pediatric Behavioral Health; population includes children/adolescents with suicidal ideations, ADHD, spectrum disorders, ODD, ED, IED, Autism, Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, Aggression, Conduct Disorder 3. Certifications: BLS required; CPI used for de-escalation and restraints; Ukeru being implemented 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; any charting system experience accepted 7. Shifts/Call: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 10am-10pm; rotating weekends; no on-call requirement; 14 weekend shifts per contract; self-scheduling; facility operates 24/7 8. RTO: Required with submission; two pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Candidates must have 1 successfully completed Aya Travel Assignment to be considered; candidates with previous cancels due to attendance will not be considered 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at travel rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; approximately 8 hours; factored in NBO; required pre-start; recorded by facility 13.
