Experience: 3 years required per notes; 2 years listed in job qualifications; Level I Trauma, Liver and Kidney experience required; Previous Charge Experience required; No first-time travelers 2. Cases: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Craniotomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, General OR, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion, Trauma, XLIF, circulate; Scrub and circulate experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required; Trauma Cert required; copies of certifications required at submission 4. License: PA or compact license required at time of submission; PA Fingerprints required (results take up to 2 weeks; cannot pend); valid state license required at time of submission 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Cerner; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: (2) 12-hour shifts 6:45a-7:15p and (2) 8-hour shifts 10:45a-7:15p; (2) weekend nights required per 6-week schedule; Holiday Call: (1) Summer and (1) Winter; Work: (1) Summer and (1) Winter holiday; on-call 2 weekends required per contract; float to GI unit or Center One Surgery Center possible 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; block scheduling cannot be accommodated; up to two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; local rate differential applies 11. Background: PA Fingerprints required; if traveler does not have PA Childline and fingerprint result from within 12 months of start, must go in at earliest offered fingerprint date or risk cancellation 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; any time spent on modules after first 8 hours is billable; completed during orientation 13.
