Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Daily caseload of 15-25; all neurosurgery cases performed at facility; knowledge of neuro exams required (brains, perfusions, diffusion, etc.); Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, and Adult ICU work setting experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), and ARRT Advanced Certification required; copies required at submission 4. License: FL state license or compact license required at time of submittal; pending state license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required (preferred per VMS notes); PACS experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required; 2 call shifts per month; weekend requirement to be discussed in interview if applicable; guaranteed hours apply after first call-off per pay period 8. RTO: BayCare does not allow any RTO in contracts; if candidate has RTO it is a deal breaker and they will be sent as a screen; RTO must be worked out between traveler and manager with no CDM involvement 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning to any BayCare facility as a traveler; return travelers currently only accepted in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, and MS/Tele specialties and must have completed a contract within the last year since 7/1/2022 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule in effect; traveler must live at least 100 miles from the facility; locals not accepted; certain allied specialties exempt 11. Background: Not specified 12.
