- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3+ years preferred for RN units (ICU, ED, L&D, Med Surg, ACU); willing to consider 2.5+ years. For CT Tech & X Ray Tech role: 2 years preferred 2. Cases: Dual Modality - CT Tech & X Ray Tech 3. Certifications: BLS required; copies not required at submission but needed for compliance 4. License: Valid state license must be in hand before start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: No specific charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Variable hours between days, evening, and night; 8- or 12-hour shifts; rotating weekends required; 2 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Required at time of submission; pre-approved time off limited to one 9. Returning Staff: Will accept return travelers who have been gone 6+ months before returning 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted 11. Background: Background hits sent to facility for approval; zero tolerance for marijuana - positive THC test results in automatic contract cancellation 12. Modules: 20 orientation hours 13.
