Requirements
- Required certification: Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years required 2. Cases: Daily caseload 20-25 cases; routine radiology exams, bedside portables for IP, OP and ED including NICU, ICU, PCU and Med/Surg/Onc 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, Fluoro Permit required 4. License: Valid state license not required at submission; Nursys report must be pulled within last month 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s (0800-1630) Monday-Friday; no call, weekend, or holiday requirements 8. RTO: Maximum 10 days; must be included in original submittal; any RTO outside original submittal not approved 9. Returning Staff: Welcome back without waiting period between contracts 10. Travel/Local: Must live at least 50 miles away from all CHN facilities; locals not accepted 11. Background: Will accept travelers with background hits on case-by-case basis depending on the hit 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Siemens Equipment used; Phillips preferred; PACS, Portables, NICU, PEDS Critical: Must be willing to float within scope of experience within hospital.
