Experience: 2 years required per facility header; VMS notes state 1-2 years preferred, will accept first-time travelers (note conflict — confirm with account manager) 2. Cases: 3D rendering, abdomen with/without contrast, chest with/without contrast, head with/without contrast, pelvis with/without contrast, carotid, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, sinuses, soft tissue neck, vascular CTA, pulmonary embolism CTA, musculoskeletal trauma, trauma head, multiplanar reconstruction, maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, volume rendering, ROI measurement, contrast media preparation/administration, PACS, radiation safety, emergency department, adult acute care, pediatric acute care, ICU, isolation precautions/PPE, Level II Trauma Center 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS required; copies required prior to start; pending certs accepted 4. License: Valid state license must be pending or candidate must be willing to participate in the Aya licensure project; Nursys verification required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required; Powerscribe One listed as charting system 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 nights (2100-0730); holiday coverage possibly required if available; floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals depending on volume/census 8. RTO: Maximum 10 days RTO; if RTO falls during holidays, traveler must be willing to work 1 of the 3 holidays; no pre-approved RTO 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 years before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals not accepted 11.
