- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year CT experience required per job description; however, submittal requirements state a minimum of 2 years of experience required unless otherwise stated in the job description 2. Cases: CTA work, Xray portable, Xray per WTH-HC protocols; skills include 3D rendering, abdomen/chest/head/pelvis with and without contrast, carotid, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, multiplanar reconstruction, vascular CTA, pulmonary embolism, and more 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, and BLS required; all certifications must be in hand at time of submission (copies not required) 4. License: Active compact or TN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Altera EMR and McKesson/Change PACS required; Epic experience within the past 12 months is required, must be clearly documented on candidate profile including where Epic was utilized, and candidate must pass Epic competency exam with only one attempt allowed — failure results in cancellation 7. Shifts/Call: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Friday through Sunday; no call requirement indicated 8. RTO: All RTO must be disclosed at time of submission; no additional RTO will be approved or considered after submission; no pre-approved time off; no block scheduling or special schedule requests accommodated 9.
