- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; experience with CTA, Calcium scores, and structural CTs is a MUST 2. Cases: Coronary CTA, CT arthrography, calcium scoring, coronary angiography, pulmonary embolism CTA, aortic CTA, vascular CTA, adult outpatient 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R) or ARRT(CT), CA Radiation license, CA Fluoroscopy license required; certifications must be AHA or ARC; copies with valid expiration dates required at submission 4. License: Valid CA state license required; Nursys upload within last 2 weeks 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Possible weekend shifts as needed; weekend coverage required; patient ratio days 2, weekends 1 8. RTO: Max 7 days per contract; only 1 holiday per contract may be requested; holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day; no pre-approved time off 9.
