RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; RTO sent after offer will not be sent for approval 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year; former travelers who worked full year must be away for 1 full year; contact AM to confirm rehire eligibility 10.
