Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required; first time travelers OK 2. Cases: Adult Neurology (primarily Stroke and Seizure) patients; SNF placement and home health/DME arrangement 3. Certifications: BLS required, LCSW required 4. License: NC licenses required; license in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, Days, 8a-430p, Monday-Friday; holidays as needed; floating possible 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: 2-4 hours average, non-billable, completed during orientation, not included in NBO, hours vary by unit 13.
