Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: Level I Trauma, routine outpatient and inpatient scans, coronary/Watchman/TAVR scans, angio of head/neck/chest/abdomen/pelvis/upper extremity, NICU and PICU experience preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT (CT) required, ARRT (R) required, BLS (American Heart Association) required, AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required 4. License:MRTBE (AZ license) required; approximately 7-10 days to obtain 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, Thursday-Saturday, 1900-0730; on-call up to 3 days per month; floating within department required; 36 guaranteed hours per week; facility may call off up to 6 times during a 13-week assignment 8. RTO: Unit Manager approval required; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted 11. Background: AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required 12.
