Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: Level I Trauma, routine outpatient and inpatient scans including coronary/Watchman/TAVR scans, angiography of head/neck/chest/abdomen/pelvis/upper extremity, NICU and PICU experience preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT (CT) required, ARRT (R) required, BLS required (American Heart Association), AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required; all must be in hand 4. License:MRTBE (AZ license) required; takes 7-10 days to obtain 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s Days Thursday-Saturday, 0900-2130; on-call required up to 3 days per month; floating required within department; 36 guaranteed hours per week; facility may call off up to 6 times in a 13-week assignment 8. RTO: Unit Manager approval required; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted 11. Background: AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required 12.
