- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: Phlebotomy required; outpatient oncology clinic laboratory setting; patient population includes adults and geriatrics 3. Certifications: ASCP or AMT Certification required; copies required at submission 4. License: SC license must be in hand prior to start; no pending licenses accepted; traveler will not be cleared until SC license is issued/active 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift; no on-call required; no weekends required; overtime possible; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; facility does not allow call outs 8. RTO: All RTO must be submitted at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; auto-offer eligible if 7 days or less of non-holiday RTO; any 7+ days or holiday RTO requires facility approval 9.
