- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum one recent year of home health experience required 2. Cases: Must have OASIS experience; Home Health Agency; visit types include start of care, resumption of care, recertification, follow-up, initial evaluation, OASIS discharge, and others per point system 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, BLS, and PALS must be through American Heart Association (AHA); Allied positions require certifications and licenses at submittal 4. License: VA license required to be in hand at submittal or proof of compact license 5. Education: NIH and stroke education required for RNs at all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health 6. EMR: EPIC experience required for all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health; currently charting in EPIC; OASIS experience required 7. Shifts/Call: M-F / every third weekend; must see 6 points per day or 30 points per week; 4 weekend shifts per contract; orientation is 40 hours 8. RTO: Keep RTO to a minimum; no requests for a full calendar week off preferred; no more than 7 days total; all RTO must be in initial submission; no additional RTO requests approved after offer is given 9. Returning Staff: Prior permanent employees must be gone at least 6 months before being hired on to travel; candidates cannot work both Riverside Travel assignments and Riverside Per Diem contracts simultaneously 10.
